New Station Launcher

I run DroxUI, Minicards and infomap. All was fine, then I installed the new station launcher and all my mods stopped working.

Tried re-installing and nothing.

Anyone else have this issue? Did they add a "MODS" switch somewhere?

Bet the new launcher installed a 2nd copy of Vanguard in another location so your UI mods are in the old location. Also taking up twice the disk space.

That is exactly what happened. The new launcher makes a new copy of VG in a folder called "sony online entertainment". So, move all your Mods from where ever to there.
