Hopefully you can help. I am currently using default and running on Vista.

I had 3 people including my techy husband confirm I followed all steps correctly in installing and doing the xml file wording. Once I launch VG, my index file gets a update and is reverted back to the original index. I am not using any other add ons.

Help?

Greetings and welcome,
You cant change the default index.xml file, you have to have another folder holding your altered UI files. Also with vista if you change certain files (vgclient.ini for example) you have to drag it to the desktop, alter it than place it back in the correct spot due to Vista's access control.
