Recipe Macros for all 3 Continental Styles

Same file as before, still GU 3.2 compatible!
This Addon gives you three different Recipe-Macro-Bars for all three continental styles. All you macros should be found in the Thestra Style Bar, move as you need to the new two Bars.
This Addon is based on an idea of higgehagge in the forums.
To Install it, just download the file, extract and copy it into your Custom-UI-Installation. MaddyCraft 2.0 is required and you should have it running in your actual installation. Rename the file "Maddy_RefiningStart_conti.xml" to "Maddy_RefiningStart.xml", rename the old one before or just delete it. Start Vanguard and have fun
