Scrolling buff bar

I would REALLY like to see a scroll bar added to the "Default" buff window.

Does one exist or is it possible to make a window with the same layout as the default one (default buff icons displayed horizontally) that is sizeable by width to suit your resolution with a vertical scroll bar (with or without mouse wheel support) that you could scroll up and down to see additional buffs that would have otherwise scrolled offscreen?

I have seen the current version of the scrolling buff bar with the smaller icons and the text and it's ok but I really prefer the default look with the large icons, I just want to be able to view ALL my buffs.

OR, how about a "double height" buff bar? A buff window the same as the default, but having double the normal height and allowing buffs on both lines so that when your buffs would have otherwise went off the screen, they simply start a second line?
