Unusual Request [Diplo]

I will try and keep this brief.

I want to run Bartender Parlays, for a level 50 Diplo, this presents a very large list of choices that requires scrolling down for the high level options. Because I do this one handed while I work with my other hand (work at home), it is VERY clumsey for me.
Soo, is it at all possible, to enlarge this Dialog window? I have tried it myself, but I am an XML Idiot and I failed horribly. (FYI: I use DarkScrolls UI right now)
I am going to try and attach 2 examples here

bartendS.jpg is standard window presented to a 50 Diplo.
bartendL.jpg is a Photoshopped hack of what I desire.

Thanks in advance for any ideas or maybe someone can manage this for me.

That is not a bad idea at all. Though I do not think it is possible to do this for only one window.
Dewmaniac,. did you write up a new window or create a way for one ot enlarge it by hand in game? (corner drag/window resize)

If so, you are more then welcome to add that on as a addon for DarkScrolls. I think that would be a great thing!

I use DroxUI with my own *special touches*.
What I did was modify the dialogue window so it is smaller which in turn creates a scroll slider in situations where there isn't usually one or where it simply doesn't allow for certain *special situational* scrollings.

And yes, this affects basically all dialogue windows. I am sure if i toy around with it more I can possibly tool it so it is resizable in game. I just haven't had a need to since I am both used to how it works for me and content with it. But since it was brought up it is sparked my interest to play around.

If I do get it sizable in game... I will for sure post it.
