Raid Groups with Hotbars

This is mostly Core with some Drox, some MyUI and ManicUI elements that I like. It has a raid group element that has hotbars for all players in the 4 groups.
Fixed the fishing achievements display and put an offensive target debuffs window that fills from bottom to top.
