What is new in 2.3:
* Added new horizonatal reaction bars, where each category (chain, rescue, etc) is a split that can be positioned in layout mode. Selectable from control panel under "Misc Bars", listed as "Reaction Abilities (Split/Horiz.)".

* Recoding of existing reaction ability windows.

* Included all previous patches that have been uploaded.

Note run setup after installing, otherwise
new reaction bars may or may not show.

If upgrading and not replacing index.xml see
readme "Upgrading and Index file.txt"

Download and unzip contents. Copy to shell folder in <vangaurd setup>\VGUIAssets\Shells
You should get a message asking to overwrite files, say yes to all. If you do not check where you are copying to or do a full install.
