This file is a Patch for Sinisna's UI by Sinisna. You must have that installed before this Patch will work.
To restore the Default UI's Diplomacy (instead of Soresha's MiniCards) in Sinisna's UI:
1. Open Sinisna's UI folder named "UI".
2. Replace this zipped Index.xml file with the one located in that UI folder.
