for raid healing ease

first if your current ui doesnt allow you to toggle (turn them off and on) raid groups it won't work. this isn't a ui either it's just an add on.

Place both Manic-Steel in the texture folder of your ui. (Program Files/Sony/Vanguard/VGUIAssets/Shells/YOUR UI/Textures)

Place ManicUI-RaidManagement in the xml or window folder of your ui. (Program Files/Sony/Vanguard/VGUIAssets/Shells/YOUR UI/xml (or windows))

open the skininfo of your ui with notepad or workpad by rightclicking. (Program Files/Sony/Vanguard/VGUIAssets/Shells/YOUR UI)

add <AnimationDefinition filename="Manic-Steel.xml" /> under the <AnimationDefinitions directory="Textures">

should look like

<AnimationDefinitions directory="Textures">
<AnimationDefinition filename="Manic-Steel.xml" />

exit and save

open the index of your ui same way you did skininfo. (Program Files/Sony/Vanguard/VGUIAssets/Shells/YOUR UI)

add <Window filename="ManicUI-RaidManagement.xml" /> under the <GameplayWindows directory="Xml"> (xml maybe be window in your ui)

should look like

<GameplayWindows directory="Xml">
<Window filename="ManicUI-RaidManagement.xml" />

now read through the lines and find your ui's current raid management xml. Either delelte the line or edit it out by placing <!-- at the beginning and --> at the end of the code.
will need to look like
<!-- <Wndow filename="YOUR UI'S RAID MANAGEMENT.xml" /> -->
