SLCustom UI Shell for Vanguard - v0.62

This is basically a UI shell for personal use. It is made
up of a number of mods that I have combined together
to make a UI that I feel comfortable using.

There are parts of the following UI mods included:
InfoMap Advanced 1.10 by Soresha (Complete Mod)
MaddyCraft 2.12 by MadOverlord (Complete Mod)
Multiple Exp Bars GU2 WR by cristo (Modified)

- Corrected issue that caused the offensive target window

was causing a crash in some cases, and didn't function
correctly anyway.
