This is a mini version of the rift way system window.

Basically i removed the maps, as they aren't really needed all the time.
Put the prices and stone color on the buttons, with the location and lvl range in text next to it.

I made this mostly because I notice a little lag using the map version of the rift system, and half the time it takes me longer to find a rift on the map, than it does to just know the name.

I set the layout of the files, so you can just drop them into any UI mod with InfoMap on it, and only have to add 2 lines to the files.

It should be easy enough to edit info map to change their toggle button to open this window instead, and only use the map when you right click on the rift shard. But for now there is a button that you can move and place where you wish (in layout mode).

Fixed a couple of the rifts that weren't working properly (mostly my typo's)
although the deadbog rift isn't the standard /rift deadbog its actually /rift gorgaluk
Fixed the prices being wrong for the green shards. it now correctly says 50copper not 20copper

Fixed the double xml files. left in only the correct one.
